Our Chef
Richard Oates
Richard (Our Chef) is from Ayr, Scotland and brings his farm-to-table culinary sensibility and a worldly aesthetic to the Comstock. A culinary artist in every sense of the word. Richard specializes in European cooking, but has picked up some excellent American flavors including real Southern BBQ. Come for dinner and leave with a dining experience worth talking about.
